Exchanges and Refunds

In Ardyss we stand behind the products we sell. Just follow these simple steps and read our policies below:

NUTRITION AND COSMETIC PRODUCTS 
For health and safety reasons, no exchanges or refunds are made on nutritional and cosmetic products.

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE/REFUND, THE ITEMS MUST BE: 
-Unused and in the same condition as received
-In the original packaging
-With its printed receipt and thank you note attached

GUARANTEE PERIOD 
Our guarantee starts from the first day you receive your order until 30 days after delivery. There will be no changes or refunds after that. Inspect all your products upon arrival. A fee can apply for the exchange of items purchased within a promotion.
MANUFACTURING DEFECT
If you receive a defective item from our manufacturer, we will immediately replace the same garment. (Pictures of the defective item must be sent at the time of the contact made)

EXCHANGE INFORMATION

1.- CONTACT US 

Contact our Support Center at +1 (725) 219 9534  or send us an email to customerservice@ardyss.com and tell us the reason why you want to make your change. Please provide us with specific details so that we can better assist you through this process.

2.- SEND THE PRODUCT TO OUR EXCHANGE DEPARTMENT
If the representative determines that the product is interchangeable, you will receive a Merchandise Exchange Authorization Case Number (RMA). Send the product you wish to exchange along with your completed thank you note, a copy of the printed receipt and the case number assigned.
3.- CONTACT US BACK
Contact our Support Center and share the tracking number of the returned product. If the tracking number for the returned items is not provided within 7 business days of your authorization, we will automatically close the exchange request case number.
If we cannot make the change due to not having stock within 7 business days after receiving your package, we will automatically apply a 100% screen credit on the value of the product (that is, they will not apply shipping and handling charges).

 

3.- CONTACT US BACK
Contact our Support Center and share the tracking number of the returned product. If the tracking number for the returned items is not provided within 7 business days of your authorization, we will automatically close the exchange request case number.
If we cannot make the change due to not having stock within 7 business days after receiving your package, we will automatically apply a 100% screen credit on the value of the product (that is, they will not apply shipping and handling charges).

 

For safety matters, we do not issue returns or exchanges to nutritional or skin care products.

REFUND INFORMATION (RESHAPING GARMENTS ONLY)

 

1.- CONTACT US
Contact our Support Center at +1 (725) 219 9534 or send us an email to customerservice@ardyss.com and tell us the reason why you are requesting a refund. If the representative determines that the product is in good condition, it will be approved. Please provide us with specific details so that we can better assist you through this process.

 

2.- SEND THE PRODUCT TO OUR REFUND DEPARTMENT
Send the product back to our warehouse with the thank you note, a copy of the printed receipt.

 

3.- CONTACT US BACK
Contact our Support Center and share the tracking number of the returned product. If the tracking number for the returned items is not provided within 7 business days of your authorization, we will automatically close the case.

 

Once we’ve received your item, we will notify you of its return. After a careful inspection, we will let you know the status of your process. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit back within 72 business hours, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

For safety matters, we do not issue refunds to nutritional or skin care products.

 

SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
