Returns: (Reshaping Garments Only)

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re always here to help.

You have 90 calendar days to return an item starting from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

–  Unused and in the same condition as received
–  In the original packaging
–  With its receipt/proof of purchase attached

Refunds can only apply if the garment is returned in optimal conditions (no exceptions). Once we’ve received your item, we will notify you of its return. After a careful inspection, we will let you know the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit back within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.


It is important that as the cardholder, if you have any issues with a transaction, and before contacting your Bank, please proceed with contacting our Customer Service Support Lines to assist you. If the issue is not resolved dealing directly with us, then please feel free to appeal directly to your Card Network if necessary. Not Following this procedure may result in closing your account temporarily to proceed with any Chargeback/Dispute Claim.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs when returning an item. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
